We love our city of Pensacola, and we know you do too. Volunteering at Rolling By The Bay is not just showing your support for the event itself, but for the City of Pensacola and the culture we aim to cultivate in our home city.

VOLUNTEER FAQ

Does volunteering give me Festival entry?
Yes! As a “thank you” to our volunteer staff, you will be permitted throughout the festival grounds when you are not at your post. Your admission to the event will be the same as a day pass for general admission, giving you access to the Car Show, Day Stage, Vendors area and the Bay Stage (Main Stage) for headlining artists.

Am I provided any accommodations?
You will be given a meal voucher for each day you volunteer at our event. Meal vouchers are good for any Food Vendor on the festival grounds. In addition, as a volunteer, you will be provided an “Event Staff” T-shirt to wear while you work your post (this is yours to keep).

Can I choose my role as a volunteer?
When you fill out our Volunteer Form, you will be asked what type of work you prefer, and if you have experience working an event like ours. We will do our best to make sure you get a role that suits your preference! Although we cannot guarantee a particular role for every volunteer, we can make sure to accommodate special requests for medical conditions, or adhere your role to any physical limitations you may have.
