2023 CAR SHOW
UPDATE: WE ARE ALLOWING SINGLE-DAY ENTRIES – WE NEED TO GET YOU REGISTERED – WE NEED TO KNOW YOUR DAY!
If a Two-Day Weekend Attendance is not an option for you, you are welcome to LOAD-IN and LOAD-OUT on Saturday and Sunday if you would prefer.
Daily CAR SHOW LOAD-IN, from 7AM-10AM at the Festival Main Gate.
All LOAD-OUT for Vehicles will be after 6PM on Saturday and 6PM on Sunday.
All Show Vehicles must be on the grounds and in place by 10am and remain in place until the first LOAD-OUT time for that respective day.
The 2023 Rolling By the Bay will be held on October 21-22. There are limited spaces available available for the weekend.
Registration: Registration fee to enter your car is $35. Entry to the car show includes festival access and re-entry all weekend. Participants will be issued a special wristband at vehicle check-in.
*Submission of registration and fee does not guarantee a spot in the RBTB car show. We reserve the right to return your entry fee and registration at any time.
Please arrive on time and plan for the safety of your vehicle accordingly.
Check In: 7:00am
Setup Complete: 10:00am
Car Show: 10:00am – 9:00pm (Saturday/Sunday)
Judging: 12:00pm – 3:00pm (Saturday/Sunday)
Awards Ceremony: 4:00pm (Sunday)
JUDGING & PEOPLE’S CHOICE
All cars should be on display each day (Sat/Sun) by 10:00am for viewing. Once you are set up, then the fun begins!
Scoring Criteria: Our judge’s panel will assess each car for its overall presentation. They will take into consideration the following aspects: your car’s exterior/interior condition, engine bay appearance, modifications, and uniqueness.
People’s Choice: In addition to the official judging, emerald ticket VIPs will be voting for best in show with a $1,000 cash prize. Additional prizes will be awarded for the top 3 voted cars for the people’s choice!
Sunday at 5:00pm we will announce the winners of the car show at the Day Stage, located next to the car exhibit. Runners up and People’s Choice Voting prizes will also be announced at this time. Awards can be collected at the Main Event Tent. More information to come. Stay tuned, as we will email car show registrants with updates about prizes and event details.
