VENDORS

The 2023 Rolling By the Bay will be held on October 21-22. There will be 80 Vendor Spaces available for the weekend. Hurry, because our vendor spaces are going fast!

Festival grounds vendor areas will be 12′ x 12′. If you need more space than this, please submit an additional Vendor Application.

Payment: Application fee is free for all vendors.  If you are approved as a vendor, we will collect payment for your space for a total of $250 per space (12′ x 12′) before the event. This price gives you access to set up for the entire weekend. Full payment is not due until you are confirmed as a vendor. Vendor Application deadline is September 29, 2023.

Pricing: 12′ x 12′ = $250 total for the weekend

FOOD TRUCKS & VENDORS

Each food vendor will receive an area of 20′ x 20′ for $250. If you require a different size, please email us at info@rollingbythebay.com.

Once you are confirmed as a food vendor, we will contact with additional event and payment information via email. Application deadline for Food Truck Vendors is September, 29 2023.

VENDOR AGREEMENTS

The following list of rules and regulations apply to all vendors. If you do not comply with these guidelines we will be unable to host your tent at the weekend festival.

Your vendor area must stay clear of walkways, and provide safe passage on the front and back of your space. We WILL NOT provide tents, tables, service counters or any other equipment for the sale of your products. We do not guarantee sales at your booth and reserve the right to change vendor locations without notice in accordance with festival staff.

The space allotted upon confirmation is subject to change. You will be REQUIRED to pay for your space prior to the event. Rolling By The Bay will provide wireless internet for the Vendors Area. Vendors are responsible for their own payment methods.

Fire Safety: Food vendors are required to have a fire extinguisher in their booth, at all times, as required by Pensacola Fire Department.

Electricity Requirements: Connectivity will be provided for your space.  If more than two 2-amp circuits of electricity are needed, you must request additional power in advance. For questions, please contact info@rollingbythebay.com.
